These rainbows weren’t landed in Idaho, Alaska, or even Patagonia. To chase these fish, you have to travel to the remote mountains of central Argentina, first to Cordoba province, and then to an area known as Atlas Cumbres. Fly dreamers’ ambassador Patricio Churruarin has fished and guided there since he was a kid, and shared these photos from a recent outing along with his thoughts on our LPS II 864.
About the LPS II 8 1/2-foot, 4-weight, Patricio said: “It’s delightful. I could present dry flies and nymphs like a wisper, even under some wind. The loop is tight and it withstood this wild 6 pound bow.”
