Rod is beautiful and feels great in hand. This review is more about becoming part of the Thomas & Thomas family. Got a super rod but delivery was delayed. When l called about the UPS delivery delay a real person answered the phone, addressed the issue, and immediately made it right. I’m pretty darn sure you’ll like the quality of their rods. The personable service is second to none. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased the zone 1.0 10’ 4wt because I preferred the bright real seat to the 2.0’s black reel seat hardware. The rod came with the full wells handle I did not like. Had a rod repair shop I trust put on a half wells handle that I preferred. The rod is a good medium fast rod. I took the rod to one of TU’s lease sights to see how it handles. I was able to catch about a 20” rainbow fairly quickly and was very impressed with how it handled this fairly large fish. Later on in the morning I latched into a 26” to 30” carp that weighted well over 10 lbs. The rod handled this fish very well and with the help of other fisherman at the sight was able to get him into the net. This rod is very sensitive and makes 25 yard casts with ease. Have even caught 3” to 4” bluegills that felt fun to catch on this rod. I recommend this rod to anyone who fishes medium to large rivers and streams.

7’6 3 weight -Very responsive, extremely accurate, a pleasure to cast. It casts beautifully with the Creek line.

Picked up the 7’6 3wt a few weeks ago and haven’t been able to put it down. It does everything I ask it to do so effortlessly plus the accuracy of this thing is quite astounding . Definitely see myself getting an 8wt to throw big streamers for smallmouth.

Purchased a Zone 905-4 with the new cosmetic changes for 2023 what an incredible redesign of the rod un sanded finish like the previous model grey blank from cork to tip, black aluminum unlocking reel seat. Same T&T technology as the previous Zone. Incredible fit and finish what an absolute pleasure to cast. Great all around multi purpose rod. Was able to cast effortlessly within the 30 to 60 ft range. I would put it at a medium fast action rod with plenty of backbone to land larger fish. Effortlessly casts dries streamers and nymphs. But delicate enough for technical situations as well. Needless to say this rod blew my expectations out of the water. Would definitely recommend this rod to anyone trying to advance their skills.
