Erin Foley Joins The Thomas & Thomas Team as The Marketing Communications Manager

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Erin Foley to the role of Marketing Communications Manager. The Bradford, Massachusetts, native brings a wealth of experience as a recreational angler and more than three years of experience in fly-fishing industry marketing.

Foley began her career in the fly-fishing industry with Postfly, working as the company’s first official employee and Customer Success Manager before transitioning into the role of Community Marketing Manager at Postfly. In her time at the company, she watched the start-up quickly morph into a global fly-fishing brand.

“It was a great trip,” Foley notes, but adds, “After a few years it was time again to look for a new challenging opportunity. Being a huge fan of the iconic American-made fly rod brand and having met T&T owner Neville Orsmond on several occasions, I was inclined to reach out and see if they needed anyone with a strong digital marketing skill set.” Within a few months, she found herself traveling to the brand’s headquarters in Greenfield, Massachusetts, for an interview.

In her role of Marketing Communications Strategist, Foley manages the company’s social media, blog, email marketing campaigns and newsletters, digital advertising, website updates and other duties. She’ll also be on hand at trade shows representing the Thomas & Thomas brand.
