Was 40 years old when I started guiding fly anglers on the Susquehanna River for Smallmouth Bass. Was 78 when I stopped guiding.

Can you tell us a little about your home waters and the fish you pursue there?
I fished for trout, carp, panfish and smallmouth all over Pennsylvania and other states for years. I was guiding during the months of July, August, September, October and early November.
What’s the height of the season for you? What time of year is your personal favorite?
All year around for various species.

What’s your ideal lunch when on the water? What do you actually pack?
Cold water and tasty food.
When I guided, food that was preferred by clients and a standard of Roast Chicken , Water Mellon , Cheese and crackers.
